Intima kit

The Intima kit is an accessory from the GLOBUS Tecar therapy line suitable for the treatment of the pelvic area. It can be used with all GLOBUS Tecar therapy devices and is available in two different configurations depending on the device used.

The Intima Kit's intracavitary probes are recommended for improving the muscle tone of the pelvic floor, for perianal rehabilitation of men and women, for combating endopelvic myofascial syndrome and vaginal laxity.

Safety and effectiveness

Capacitive probes allow energy to be delivered in a targeted and safe manner. They are specially designed to be used with disposable probe covers, which ensure maximum hygiene during treatment without impairing the therapeutic effects.

ERGONOMIC, ANTI-ROTATION HANDPIECE

The handpiece has been specially designed to facilitate the ergonomics of the therapist’s work and the comfort of the patient. A rotation locking system allows treatment to be carried out effectively and precisely.

The kit includes 2 electrodes: one 10 mm and the other 20 mm, both attachable to the same handpiece. The 10-mm electrode is a valuable ally for all situations in which penetration needs to be performed with greater delicacy, such as in the case of anal treatments or vaginal canals characterised by particularly pronounced hypertonicity (overactive).
